Comparison between different XScreen Portable Monitor
There are different versions of portable displays on the market now. Portable monitors are usually ideal for people's work, study, entertainment, and daily use. When working or studying, you can use the original monitor to hold meetings and use the second monitor to write some documents. When you play games like PS4 and Switch in your bedroom, you may not have a large monitor to play games. The portable monitor will make it more convenient for you to play games in the bedroom. Therefore, portable monitors have become a common phenomenon in our daily lives.

-
If you are not too chasing the extremely high resolution, 1080p Full-HD resolution (1920 x 1080) is sufficient. With HDR image enhancement, the 1080p version of XScreen makes portable monitors very comfortable to watch. You can use the 1080p version of XScreen to handle common documentation, work, and study.

-
If you want to use an external monitor in a certain area and it is not easy to move, the XScreen Plus series will be a better choice. The XScreen Plus version of XScreen is about 1 kg. Therefore, when using a metal case, XScreen will not move easily when placed on a table

If your device does not support Type-C video output, the general wired portable monitor cannot display any content of your device.
The wireless version of XScreen will help you connect your device to our portable display wirelessly (Wi-Fi). As long as your device can connect to Wi-Fi, you can connect your device to XScreen. Therefore, even if your device does not support Type-C video output, you can easily use wireless XScreen without any adapter. With wireless XScreen, you can project the repeating screen of your phone, or use it as an extended display with your laptop.
5. Compatible device (Apple Product, except Macbook)
Wired 1080p XScreen: Can be compatible when using an adapter
Wired 1080p XScreen (without built-in battery): Can be compatible when using an adapter
Wireless 1080p XScreen Air: Can be compatible
Metallic wired 1080p XScreen Plus: Can be compatible when using an adapter
Metallic wired 4K XScreen Plus: Can be compatible when using an adapter
The ports and plugs of Apple devices are dedicated to Apple products. Therefore, if you want to use the XScreen portable display with Apple products, you need to use an adapter to convert the port to a port suitable for the HDMI port and convert the plug to a port suitable for the Apple plug. After using the adapter, Apple products can connect to all versions of XScreen.
If you don't want to use an adapter, only wireless XScreen can be compatible with Apple devices. Because the wireless portable display is connected to Apple products via Wi-Fi. Therefore, although the port and plug of the Apple device do not match the port and plug of XScreen, the Apple device can still successfully connect to XScreen.
(Macbook can connect with all versions of XScreen without adapter because of its Type-C port.)
6. Compatible device (Gaming device)
Wired 1080p XScreen: Can be compatible
Wired 1080p XScreen (without built-in battery): Can be compatible
Wireless 1080p XScreen Air: Can be compatible when using HDMI cable

The wireless version of XScreen cannot connect wirelessly with gaming devices. If you want to connect wireless XScreen with a gaming device, you need an HDMI cable. The wireless XScreen can only be connected to the gaming device through a wired way.
7. Hardness
Wired 1080p XScreen: Standard
Wired 1080p XScreen (without built-in battery): Standard
Wireless 1080p XScreen Air: Standard
Metallic wired 1080p XScreen Plus: Extra Harder
Metallic wired 4K XScreen Plus: Extra Harder
If you need a portable monitor with a harder screen, the XScreen Plus version of XScreen will meet your needs. The XScreen Plus version of XScreen has a metal shell, so the surface is hard. When using a harder portable display, the screen will be difficult to break.
-
8. Portrait Orientation of Mobile
Wired 1080p XScreen: support full-screen under landscape mode of mobile
Wired 1080p XScreen (without built-in battery): support full-screen under landscape mode of mobile
Wireless 1080p XScreen Air: can, also support full-screen under landscape mode of mobile
Metallic wired 1080p XScreen Plus: support full-screen under landscape mode of mobile
Metallic wired 4K XScreen Plus: support full-screen under landscape mode of mobile
All XScreen versions support full-screen display in landscape mode. It will be very convenient when we use it to connect with laptops and mobile devices (using certain applications such as YouTube and browsers).
When you use your mobile device in portrait mode and connect it to an external monitor, the screen of the external monitor cannot be fully utilized. There will be some black bars near the displayed screen. This is because those second monitors are in landscape mode and demonstrate a mobile screen in portrait mode.
The wireless version of XScreen can be set to directional mode. In its portrait mode, the portable monitor can display the portrait screen of the mobile device and make full use of the screen for display. You can use this special feature to view documents (because most document files are laid out vertically). It will be convenient for you to read the document while studying or working.
If your phone is displayed in landscape mode, all XScreen versions can be displayed in full screen. For example, when you use a browser and Youtube, your phone should be in landscape mode, and then XScreen can provide a full-screen display. In addition, when you can connect XScreen with a PC/laptop, the display of XScreen will be full-screen display.
9. Way of Connection (with wire or not)
.
Wired 1080p XScreen: connect via wire
Wired 1080p XScreen (without built-in battery): connect via wire
Wireless 1080p XScreen Air: connect via wire, also can connect through Wi-Fi
Metallic wired 1080p XScreen Plus: connect via wire
Metallic wired 4K XScreen Plus: connect via wire
For the wired version of XScreen, the only connection method is the wired connection. We need to use a Type C cable or HDMI cable to connect XScreen to the device. As long as the device has a Type-C video output, you can connect the device to XScreen through a cable and display the video and images of the device screen.
For the wireless version of the portable display, there are two methods for you to choose from. You can choose to connect the wireless XScreen to the device via Wi-Fi or cable. If your device supports Type-C video output, you can choose to connect it with XScreen in two ways. However, if your device does not support Type-C video output, it cannot be connected via a cable (but it can still be connected wirelessly).
10. Battery
Wired 1080p XScreen: with built-in battery (6000 mAh)
Wired 1080p XScreen (without built-in battery): no built-in battery
Wireless 1080p XScreen Air: with built-in battery (6000 mAh)
Metallic wired 1080p XScreen Plus: with built-in battery (8000 mAh)
Metallic wired 4K XScreen Plus: with built-in battery (8000 mAh)
If you don't want to use a portable display with a charging cable, you might think that the built-in battery model external monitor is better. Using the built-in battery, you can take it with you when it is fully charged. When using XScreen, you do not require to connect to a power source or any power source. And the battery capacity of the XScreen Plus version is larger than that of the XScreen version.
If you are connected to a power bank or power supply, the battery power will depend on the battery power of the power bank or power supply. If you want to use XScreen for a long time, you can connect it to a mobile power bank with a large battery.
11. Power Bank Charging
Wired 1080p XScreen:Allow
Wired 1080p XScreen (without built-in battery): Allow
Wireless 1080p XScreen Air: Allow
Metallic wired 1080p XScreen Plus: Allow
Metallic wired 4K XScreen Plus: do not allow, unless using the Power Delivery (PD) power bank.
When the power bank cannot charge the metal wired 4K XScreen Plus monitor, you can use the power bank to charge XScreen, XScreen Air series and metal wired 1080p XScreen Plus. Therefore, if you always use an ordinary power bank to charge XScreen, you can consider using XScreen, XScreen Air series and XScreen portable displays in the metal wired 1080p XScreen Plus.
-
However, if you are using a Power Delivery mobile power bank, you can charge all XScreens. Therefore, if you really need to charge the metal wired 4K XScreen Plus through a power bank, you can use the Power Delivery power bank.
12. Touch Screen
Wired 1080p XScreen: Allow
Wired 1080p XScreen (without built-in battery): Allow
Wireless 1080p XScreen Air: do not allow
Metallic wired 1080p XScreen Plus: Allow
Metallic wired 4K XScreen Plus: Allow
Except for the wireless version, all XScreen versions support sensitive touch screen functions. You can manage files, edit and even display files by tapping and swiping on the XScreen touch screen. If your device supports touch screen feedback, you can use the touch screen function on XScreen.
(XScreen's touch screen function can be used for Type-C data output. If your device does not support Type-C data output, you can still use the USB A to Type-C cable to activate the touch screen function.)
However, even if your device supports touch screen feedback, whether it is connected via cable or wirelessly, the wireless version of XScreen cannot provide touch screen functionality.
Therefore, if you want to use the touch screen function on XScreen, the wired version (XScreen and XScreen Plus series) is preferred.
13. Case
.
Wired 1080p XScreen: Leather, Fix with Screw
Wired 1080p XScreen (without built-in battery): Leather, Fix with Screw
Wireless 1080p XScreen Air: Leather, Fix with Screw
Metallic wired 1080p XScreen Plus: Leather, Fix with Magnetic
Metallic wired 4K XScreen Plus: Leather, Fix with Magnetic
The XScreen and XScreen Air series of XScreen portable monitors are fixed with screws. Therefore, the shell and XScreen will stick together tightly, and it is not easy to loosen. If you want the case to tightly protect the portable monitor, then XScreen's XScreen and XScreen Air series can achieve your hope.
The XScreen Plus version of the XScreen portable display is magnetically fixed in its leather case. Therefore, you can take the portable screen out of the case more flexibly. You can easily adjust the viewing angle.
